fwiw, Quite a few of us make do with the Lee 577-450 die set, no forming dies.  Might lead to a hgher case loss, and isn't really easy - but it will work good enough for occasional use if you have the...

If you have access to a lathe it is a simple process. I had a friend work on a couple of 7/8 in bolts. I don't have a lathe so I got a guy to drill a hole through them with the first one being 15mm,...

For comparison/reference: RCBS forming dies come up on Gunbroker or eBay about twice a year. They sell around $200-300 a set.
